Our house is located in a quiet and sunny location in the district Neder, about 2km from the center of Neustift / Stubai / Tirol.
Overall, the house has 2 apartments, where we can accommodate up to 12 people.
Parking for your car is right at the house.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Free Internet access via W-Lan (Wifi).
Our summer guests can enjoy a variety of services for free with the Stubai Super Card, which you receive upon arrrival at ourr house. Further information: Stubai Super Card
In winter, the ski bus stops directly at the house. Ourr guests receive a 10% discount on the entire rental at Sport-Stubai, which is only 150m away from the house.
